So much for being the BIGGEST LOSER but my process has been slow and steady and I am OK with that. I am down four pounds total in two weeks. YAY ME!
Last week my focus was on having healthier choices on hand for consumption and I’m pretty proud of myself. Especially considering there has been a German chocolate in my refrigerator since Saturday. Now I am not going to lie. I did have a small piece ( a hefty sliver) this past weekend but nothing since. I’m surprised BUT some of those cravings have subsided.
My HUGE bowl of ice cream, has been replaced with a smaller serving fat-free frozen yogurt and not every night.
Perhaps it’s the water, or maybe I just don’t want to sabotage myself. Either way, so far I’m winning.
I am at the low end of a ( a ten lb block) that has been haunting me for almost a year. Last year I broke through by a few pounds but then my father passed away. So bottom line is I have been bouncing back and forth ever since. it would be REALLY COOL to see the break through later on this week too.
Oh, this week is going to be a short week, because I want to start weighing in on the 1st of every month, at least for the foreseeable future. I still want to update every week BUT just to stay accountable with the behaviors. I just want to get away from stepping on the scale every time I pee. Which IS a lot! It’s kind of ridiculous if you think about it. I think it will also help to see the scale actually MOVE by more than a few lbs. 🙂
In April, I plan to get MOVING, first with walking though it’s been awhile and I might have to do some crawling first.
